How it works
1. Share your code
Every TableWave restaurant gets one referral code, like TW-7KQ2. Pass it to an owner you know, in any of our cities: Austin, Miami, Dubai, Puerto Vallarta or Mexico City.
2. They book with it
Your friend books a pilot and enters your code in the booking form. Their 10% setup discount is locked in from that moment.
3. They run the 30-day pilot
They pay their setup fee, we install, and they run TableWave for 30 days. If they continue, their first month is free, as with every pilot.
4. You skip a bill
Once their setup fee is paid and their pilot converts, one month of your own plan comes off your next invoice. One reward per referred location, no cap on locations.
The numbers, in your money
Your free month is a month of whatever plan you already pay for. Your friend’s discount is 10% of the setup fee of the plan they pick.

When you get paid
We apply your free month to your next invoice once all three boxes are ticked:
- Setup fee received from the referred restaurant
- 30-day pilot completed
- They continue on a plan after the pilot
If you’d rather have cash than a credit, ask: at our discretion we pay a fixed amount instead, shown in the table above.
The fine print, kept short
When is the free month applied?
After two things have both happened: the referred restaurant has paid its setup fee, and its 30-day pilot has ended with the restaurant continuing on a plan. The month is then taken off your next invoice. If you prepaid a year, we add one month to your term or pay the cash alternative instead.
How many restaurants can I refer?
As many as you like: one reward per referred location that converts. Each share of your code is valid for 12 months, so your friend has a year to book with it.
What doesn’t count?
You can’t refer yourself, and locations under the same ownership group aren’t referrals: they get Multi-Location pricing instead, which is the better deal. One reward per referred location, paid only after we have received the money and the pilot has converted.
Can the program change?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice; rewards already earned are honoured. On anything unclear, the founder’s decision is final. The full terms are one page: ask us for them at [email protected].
Got a code? Use it when you book.
Enter your friend’s code (it looks like TW-7KQ2) in the “Referral code” field of the booking form, and your 10% setup discount is locked in. If your friend sent you a link ending in ?ref=TW-…, the field fills itself.
