TableWave in your city

TableWave for Miami restaurants

Miami dinners start late, run long and turn the same table fewer times than the menu deserves. TableWave reads every table from the cameras you already run, times every stage of the sit, and quietly flags the one thing Miami floors argue about most: the table that has been lingering long after the check.

A floor language both halves of your team read

Plenty of Miami floors run in two languages at once, and instructions get lost between them. A floor plan with colours is not one of them: available, occupied, needs attention, needs cleaning and reserved read the same in any language, and the buzz on a wrist needs no translation. The host screen carries the state; the alert carries the table number; nobody relays anything over a radio.

For the long Miami sobremesa, the Pro plan adds a sixth state: long sit, a quiet nudge that goes to the manager only, never to the table. Whether to act on it stays a hospitality decision; TableWave just makes sure it is a decision instead of a surprise.

Installed in person, in Miami, in one day

The install is a visit, not a shipment: a founder connects your existing cameras, sets up a computer that stays inside the restaurant, traces every table on the plan and tests alerts with your actual devices before doors open. Training happens at the stand with your hosts and on the floor with your servers, in English, Spanish or both, and dinner service runs on it that same night.

Miami opens four installation slots a month, because one founder does every install personally. When a month fills, the next pilot waits for the following one, so if you want a high-season start, reserve early.

Pricing for Miami

  • Starter: $1,500 setup + $349/mo — one room, up to 4 cameras
  • Pro: $2,500 setup + $599/mo — a full floor, up to 10 cameras, payback report included
  • Multi-Location: $3,500 setup + $799/mo — per site, with a view across locations

Prices in USD, before tax. Annual prepay is optional: 12 months for the price of 10.

Every Miami engagement starts with the paid 30-day pilot: setup fee first, then 30 days of measurement ending in a payback report from your own dining room. Monthly billing begins only if you decide to keep it. Plan details are on the pricing page.

Guests and staff stay anonymous

TableWave watches tables, never people: anonymous shapes, faces blurred on every screen, video analysed inside your building and no per-employee scoring. Guest and staff notices come with the install, in both languages. The full policy is on our privacy and security page.

Questions from Miami owners

Does the team need to speak English to use it?

No. The host screen is colours and numbers on a floor plan, the product runs in English and Spanish, and we train your team in person in either language, or both in the same pre-shift.

Our rush is seasonal. Can the pilot run in high season?

That is the best time to run it: the payback report is built from waits, and high season is when waits exist. Four install slots open per month in Miami, so for a season start, book a few weeks ahead.

What does it cost in Miami?

Starter is $1,500 setup plus $349 a month; Pro is $2,500 plus $599; Multi-Location is $3,500 plus $799 per site, all before tax. The pilot is the setup fee, 30 days and your payback report; the first month is on us if you continue.

Prove it on your own floor

The 30-day pilot is paid, on purpose: you cover your plan’s setup fee, we install in person, and you read your own payback report before any monthly billing starts.

The install is $1,500. If it earns its keep in 30 days, your first month’s on us. If it doesn’t, we take it out and you owe nothing more.

Prices in USD, before tax. Setup is non-refundable once installed; monthly starts only if you continue.
