When the terraces fill and a crowd gathers at the host stand, the expensive minutes are the invisible ones: the four-top that left while the busser was inside, the party seated by one host while another was quoting forty minutes. TableWave puts the whole floor, salón and terrace, on one silent screen, with each table timed, and sends one buzz to the one person a table needs. Guests on vacation notice waits more, not less; the room that manages them wins the week.
Seasonal hiring is the other Vallarta constant. A system with nothing to learn fits it: new staff read colours on a plan from their first shift, and the thresholds you tuned last season are still there when the next one starts.
Installed in person, in Puerto Vallarta, in one day
We show up at your restaurant in Vallarta and leave the same day with the system running: your cameras connected, a computer working inside the building, the salón and terrace drawn table by table, and your crew trained in a single pre-shift meeting. If your own PC passes our sixty-second check we use it; if not, our locked-down box is part of the setup.
Four install slots open in Puerto Vallarta each month, all done in person by a founder. High season fills them first, which is one more reason to schedule the pilot before the crowds arrive rather than during them.

Can it watch a terrace in bright sun?
Outdoor areas work when a camera covers the tables; harsh light and deep shade are exactly why we measure accuracy in your restaurant during the proof week instead of quoting a universal figure. If a terrace zone needs a better angle, we flag it on install day.
Should we start the pilot before or during high season?
Just before is ideal: the install and quiet tuning happen while the floor is calmer, and the payback report then measures real high-season waits. Four install slots open per month in Vallarta, so reserve ahead of the season.
Prove it on your own floor
The 30-day pilot is paid, on purpose: you cover your plan’s setup fee, we install in person, and you read your own payback report before any monthly billing starts.
The install is MX$15,250. If it earns its keep in 30 days, your first month’s on us. If it doesn’t, we take it out and you owe nothing more.
