Long service days, one live floor
A venue serving from noon to past midnight cannot rely on one sharp-eyed manager for every daypart. TableWave holds the standard across shifts: every table carries its own timer, a table seated too long without a visit buzzes its server, a vacated table buzzes the busser for that zone, and the brunch peak shows up on the host screen as colour, not chaos. Team members rotate; the thresholds do not.
Video stays on a computer inside your venue, faces are blurred on screen, and recording is off unless you turn it on, an architecture that sits comfortably alongside the CCTV practices Dubai venues already operate under. We supply the guest and staff notices in English; the system itself asks for no identities.
Installed in person, in Dubai, in one day
A founder flies in and does the installation at your venue: connecting to your existing camera system, commissioning an on-premise computer, mapping each table and proving the alerts against a live walkthrough before the evening seating. Nothing touches your POS, nothing is shipped for your team to figure out alone, and the floor goes live the day of the visit.
Dubai installs are scheduled in travel blocks of four slots per month, each handled personally by a founder. A full block pushes the next pilot to the following trip, so venues planning around a season or an opening should book several weeks out.

Guests and staff stay anonymous
Your video is processed on a computer inside the venue and is not uploaded or stored by TableWave; faces are blurred on screen, there is no facial recognition, and recording stays off unless you enable it. How that architecture works end to end is documented on the privacy and security page.

Do you install in person in Dubai?
Yes, a founder travels to your venue and the install is done in a day, live by dinner. Because of travel, Dubai has four install slots a month and they are scheduled in blocks, so booking a few weeks ahead is wise.
Our cameras belong to the mall or landlord system. Does that work?
Often yes, if we can get a local RTSP stream from the recorder that covers your dining area; that is a question for your facilities contact, and we check it on the first call. If a zone cannot be streamed, a small dedicated camera solves it.
Prove it on your own floor
The 30-day pilot is paid, on purpose: you cover your plan’s setup fee, we install in person, and you read your own payback report before any monthly billing starts.
The install is AED 5,500. If it earns its keep in 30 days, your first month’s on us. If it doesn’t, we take it out and you owe nothing more.
