TableWave in your city

TableWave for Mexico City restaurants

In Mexico City the weekend comida is a long, social institution, and the same neighbourhoods that celebrate it also queue outside the good rooms. TableWave respects the first fact and works on the second: it never rushes a table, it recovers the minutes nobody was enjoying.

Sobremesa stays sacred; dead minutes do not

The minutes TableWave recovers are the ones no guest wanted: the table that waited too long for a first visit, the empty table still dirty while a family waits by the door, the check that took three requests. The sobremesa itself is untouched; on the Pro plan, a long sit shows up only as a quiet note to the manager, never anything a guest sees. That split, protect the meal, fix the gaps, is the whole philosophy, and it matters more in this city than anywhere we work.

Most CDMX rooms already run cameras, and many owners manage from a phone between locations or from home. With remote access on, you see the same blurred live floor from your own browser; without it, nothing leaves the building at all.

Installed in person, in Mexico City, in one day

One visit to your restaurant in the city covers everything: we connect the cameras you already own, leave a computer running inside the building, draw every table on the live plan, pair your team’s phones and watches, and stay through the first test before service. There is no software for your staff to study; by that evening the hostess is reading the screen and the floor is reporting itself.

Mexico City gets four in-person install slots per month, each done by a founder. Groups with several locations take one slot per site, so multi-branch rollouts are sequenced across consecutive weeks.

The pilot is straightforward: setup fee up front, 30 days of real measurement, then a payback report in pesos built from your own tables. Keep the system and the first month is on us; return it and the relationship ends there. Every plan is broken down on the pricing page.

Guests and staff stay anonymous

Diners in your room are never identified: no facial recognition, no face templates, faces blurred on screen, video processed inside your restaurant, and the aviso de privacidad supplied for your guests as Mexican practice expects. The complete approach is on the privacy and security page.

Questions from Mexico City owners

What does it cost in Mexico City?

Starter is MX$15,250 setup plus MX$3,549 a month, Pro MX$25,450 plus MX$6,099, Multi-Location MX$35,600 plus MX$8,149 per site, before IVA. The pilot is your plan’s setup fee and 30 days with a payback report; the first month is on us if you continue.

We have two locations. How does that work?

Multi-Location puts everything in Pro at each site, plus one view across locations, priced per site. Each site gets its own in-person install; with four install slots a month in the city, a two-site group usually goes live within one month.

Does it comply with Mexican privacy rules?

TableWave avoids personal data by design: no facial recognition, no identities, video processed inside your restaurant. In Mexico we also supply the aviso de privacidad for your guests along with the staff notice. Details are on our privacy page; none of this is legal advice.

Prove it on your own floor

The 30-day pilot is paid, on purpose: you cover your plan’s setup fee, we install in person, and you read your own payback report before any monthly billing starts.

The install is MX$15,250. If it earns its keep in 30 days, your first month’s on us. If it doesn’t, we take it out and you owe nothing more.

Prices in MXN, before IVA. Setup is non-refundable once installed; monthly starts only if you continue.
